Office Hour : Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (We are closed on official holydays in Korea)

How can I make an appointment?
You can make your appointment by phone, fax, email or website. Appointments should be made at least one day earlier and may not be made on the same day. However, you can walk in and receive medical treatment on the same day regardless of your appointment. Depending on outpatients with appointment schedules on that day, you may not be able to see the doctor you requested.

What do I need to prepare for medical examination or treatment?
If you are a first-time visitor, please bring your ID card, medical insurance certificates, all your medical records and CDs relevant to your treatment or symptoms. All images must be registered before examination and treatment, so please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time for a registration.

How can I reissue my prescription?
Your prescription is valid for 7 days. If you want to reissue your prescription due to loss or other reasons, visit and apply for renewal of the prescription within the validity period. After the expiration date, a prescription will be provided after examinations by the doctor.
