Outpatient Service Process

STEP01

Fill out the outpatient treatment request form

  • Fill out the outpatient treatment request form located on the reception desk.
  • (Applicable only to those covered by the National Health Insurance) If you request an elective treatment, please make sure to write down the name of your primary physician. Then, it should be signed by you or your guardian.
  • Get a queue number ticket and wait at the waiting area until your turn comes.
STEP02

Register at the reception desk

  • Submit the treatment request form you filled out, your health insurance card (medical insurance card) and your ID to the reception desk.
STEP03

Consult your physician

  • Present the registration receipt to the nurse station of the department you are visiting and then consult your physician.
STEP04

Complete payment

  • Get a queue number ticket and wait at the payment waiting area.
  • Present your payment statement to administration desk and make payment. Then, receive the payment receipt and move to the next place.
  • In case you pay with a credit card, you can also use a payment kiosk.
STEP05

Receive a prescription or receive a medical examination

  • Pick up your medication at the in-hospital pharmacy (1F) or pick up your prescription printed out from a payment kiosk (1F, 2F). If you need a workup, please visit the test room.
  • For those who receive an outpatient prescription, you need to visit an external pharmacy to have your prescription filled.
STEP06

Return home

Registration of imagery data

If you have any imagery data to be registered, please register them at the External Imagery Data Station on 2F of the main building (CHA Bundang Medical Center) or at the Imaging Center on 1F of the Cancer Research Center.

※ Outpatient service hours may subject to change or the registration may finish earlier than scheduled, depending on the department you visit or the number of patients, or the office may be closed for the day due to circumstances of your doctor.
